| Vision: A statement of our preferred future, the school we wish to create. May easiest to frame by telling stories of a day in the life of a student and teacher in our future school. | |||||||||
| Beliefs and values: The core statements of what we believe and value. May take the form of "We agree" statements or possibly a values constitution. These are principles that we live by, the code of conduct that guides how we treat people on a daily basis. | |||||||||
| Planning/change process: A shared districtwide language, model, and process for carrying out reform and improvement. | |||||||||
| Cross-stakeholder involvement: A map of current and emerging constitutent groups and their points of view, plus a strategy for involving them in change. | |||||||||
