We are delighted to have the opportunity to write the Electronic Educational Village story. The Village, a Smithsonian laureate, will be archived in the Innovation Network as part of the Smithsonian Institution's Permanent Archive. We were asked for a summary of our work and the answers to the five questions. In our response to the questions, we have told the Village story. It is the story of people creating a learning community by giving to it. This story belongs to all of those extraordinary participants who added their gifts. We offer this archive as our nine-year historical base. It will be our springboard into the future.
