Geography

Turkey is in the Northern Hemisphere. The country of Turkey is in the continent of Asia. Syria is the southwestern neighbor of. Turkey. Iraq is its southern neighbor, while Iran is to the east. The two important bodies of water are the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. The country of Turkey was founded in 1927.

The country of turkey has a country population of 69,500,000. The literacy rate for Turkey is 85% 71.28 years.

Climate

The climate of Turkey in the Coastal area is mild. The Inland area of Turkey experiences hot summers cold winters and limited rain.

 Government

The way that Turkey elects leaders is by voting. Turkey makes laws by using European legal system.
