Economy
In Sweden the labor force is 4.3
million. The labor force by occupation is agriculture is 2%, industry is
24%, and the services are 74%. The exports are machinery is 35%, motor
vehicles, paper products, pulp, wood, iron and steel products, and
chemicals. And the GDP( Gross Domestic Product) is $250 billion.
Sweden is the wealthiest country even though its having trouble.
Climate
In the Sweden the typical weather patterns and in
the winter it is cold. And in the summer it is partly cloudy this
the North. But in the south it is colder because it is near the weather.
And the highest it gets is 70 degrees and the most rain is 3 inches.
Sports and Recreation
The people in Sweden go skiing and skating for
fun in the winter. In summer a lot of people go hiking and sometimes they
have a race and they have a race to prove they are good at reading maps and
a compass. Some other activities are: cycling around the countryside,
sailing, canoeing, and white water rafting, but this is not as popular as
the other sports.

Family Values
In
Sweden most children do not work and if they work they
partner with one of their family members and they do not have
chores. It
matters if you are older because if you are older you have
harder jobs.
In Sweden children start school at the age of six
or seven and they stay in school for about 9 years. They need to do 3 years
to get a degree and there are six universities in Sweden.
Holidays and Festivals
In Sweden the most popular holidays are New
Years Eve like us. All of the peoples' friends get together
and they light firecrackers. At Easter people believe
that witches and devils hang out in hell and children dress up as
witches and knock on peoples house. And there's one we probably
never heard of which is Walpurgis night (30 April) this is
when the end of the winter comes and people do bonfires and
fireworks.
Food
In Sweden they grow
grains, sugar beets, potatoes, for meat they raise cattle. This is what they eat
most of the time and they take milk from the cows and this is
what they drink most of the time. A dessert they eat
is Baked Apples you make this with 6-8 apples, 2 teaspoons
cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of butter.
